DC3 Architects is a highly experienced, world-class dynamic architectural and masterplanning practice. Our partnership is founded by three people: John Drew, Will Poole-Wilson, and Therese Bak. The three partners have among them 80 years of experience in designing and delivering buildings in London, Europe and worldwide.

We have expertise in unlocking challenging sites working together with clients, planning officers, design review panels, Historic England, stake holders and the members of the public. We believe this approach results in developments which have active frontages, an enhanced public realm, improved permeability, and produces outstanding world-class buildings, incorporating the highest standards of sustainability. We do not have any particular stylistic pre-occupations each of our buildings is a unique response to the site, brief and an intense design development process.   Many of the developments that we have been involved with have been award winning schemes.

With deep knowledge, we work in a number of specialised sectors including mixed-use, commercial, science and technology, residential, retail, education, museums and cultural buildings. As a research-based practice DC3 are heavily invested in organisations like the BCO, where notably Will Poole-Wilson has been responsible for developing standards on sustainability, wellness and most recently on Life Science Buildings. Will was the lead author for the British Council for Offices (BCO) Wellness Matters Guide and is currently involved in formulating the soon to be published Fit-out Guide for offices with the BCO.
